Shipping Policy
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, United Kingdom, or EU countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Nicopods UK has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Should you order and goods seized by customs refunds will not be issued.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If goods are sent back to Nicopods UK by customs you will not be entitled to a refund as our goods are perishable goods of which can not be refunded.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Nicopods UK are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
