2. The powder obtained is then applied to the pouches where air is used to introduce the powder into the non-woven fabric.
3. The lower half of the can is sent to the production line using a can elevator and filled by the packaging machine where it undergoes quality control before being sealed.
4. The cans are then weighed to ensure they meet specifications, then fed to the labeller and sealed to ensure optimum freshness, followed by a warning label on the top and bottom.
5. Lastly, the labelled can is sent to a belt sealer, which places 10 cans in heat-sealed plastic in a shrink tunnel ready for storage, sale and export.
